What to Expect

This is a 10-session journey designed to help you create real, lasting change. Through inquiry, conversation, and embodied practices, you’ll uncover what truly matters, release what no longer serves you, and step into a more grounded and empowered version of yourself.

Structure

 📅  10 sessions minimum (weekly for momentum + accountability) ⏰  60 minutes each

What Happens in a Session?

  • Opening Inquiry
  • A powerful question to set the tone, such as:

    • “What do you want more of in your life?”
    • “What do you need less of right now?”
    • “What would make this session impactful for you today?”
  • Exploration & Discovery
  • We’ll dive deep into patterns, beliefs, and possibilities. You’ll gain insight through guided inquiry, reflection, and conversation.

  • Clarity & Commitment
  • Together, we’ll identify the one takeaway from each session. You’ll leave with a simple, aligned action step to move forward.

  • Closed Grounding
  • A short meditation, breathwork, or visualization to integrate mind + body.


    The 10-Session Arc

    • Sessions 1–2: Clarify your goals, values, and vision.
    • Sessions 3–6: Work through blocks, patterns, and beliefs holding you back.
    • Sessions 7–8: Build practices and habits that support long-term growth.
    • Sessions 9–10: Integration, reflection, and creating your “next steps” roadmap.
